1 How do I send bulk SMS with Online SMS?

Create your Online SMS account, connect an Android device and import your contacts. We include 100 free credits so you can test a campaign right away.

2 How does the mobile app work?

Install the Online SMS Android application. Messages are delivered through your own carrier plan, which is ideal if you already have unlimited SMS in your subscription.

3 Are there any monthly fees?

No. You purchase prepaid credits that never expire. There are no setup costs or ongoing subscription fees.

4 Do I need special phone settings?

Add the Online SMS app to your phone's battery exceptions, keep it open during campaigns and ensure the device remains connected to power.

5 Can I use a dual SIM smartphone?

Yes. Set a default SIM for SMS in Android. Online SMS uses the selected SIM and will not prompt you before sending.

6 Is there a sending limit?

Online SMS does not limit your campaigns, but mobile operators may impose monthly thresholds. Connect multiple devices to increase capacity.

7 Can customers reply to my messages?

Absolutely. Use the built-in chat to receive and respond to customer replies at no additional inbound cost.

8 Can I schedule SMS campaigns?

Yes. Schedule campaigns from the dashboard and track delivery as soon as they start sending.
