We revisited the dashboard information hierarchy with hundreds of customer sessions in mind. The menu now groups daily actions—campaign creation, contact imports, automation flows—under a dedicated “Launch” area, while administration settings live inside “Workspace”. Clear breadcrumbs keep you oriented even when switching between multiple devices or accounts.

Whenever a threshold is hit, Online SMS suggests the recommended fix so the right teammate can intervene before deliverability is affected.

Teams with large fleets can group devices by location or campaign and assign ownership tags, making it easier to collaborate with colleagues across departments or time zones.

Deliverability intelligence that guides decisions

Knowing that a message was delivered is good; understanding why a subset failed is better. We expanded the delivery report with carrier-level breakdowns, daily delivery trends, and suggested retries.
